Create flowing Chinese calligraphy compositions on a continuous roll of thickened mulberry bark and hemp paper. This semi-sized paper is intended for brush-written works, including regular script (kaishu), small regular script (xiaokai), Slender Gold script and running script (xingshu).

Cut the roll to the length your composition needs, from a short practice piece to an extended calligraphy work. The semi-sized surface helps limit ink spreading; test your ink dilution and brush moisture on a small section before starting.
