Refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unused and in its original condition
  • All original tags intact and attached
  • Packaged in the original manufacturer packaging
  • Accompanied by your original receipt or valid proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  2. After we approve your request, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label together with detailed shipping instructions and our designated return address:

Important Note: We do not accept unsolicited returned packages. Any items shipped back without prior return approval will be rejected and returned to sender at your cost.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your package, please inspect all contents thoroughly. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive an incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and arrange a proper resolution for you.

3. Non-Returnable Items & Exclusions

The following categories of goods are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods: food, fresh flowers, live plants
  • Custom-made & personalized bespoke items
  • Personal care & beauty products
  • Hazardous goods, flammable liquids and compressed gases

Additionally, final sale merchandise and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for return, contact our support team for clarification before submission.

4. Exchange Guidelines

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a replacement item:

  1. Submit a standard return request for your current product
  2. Once your return is fully processed and approved, place a new separate order for your desired replacement.

5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

For orders delivered to the European Union, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies, overriding our standard 30-day policy for EU customers.

You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification required. The same eligibility rules apply: items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, plus valid purchase proof.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and complete quality inspection of your returned package, we will email you to confirm whether your refund application is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow extra processing time for banks, credit card issuers or payment platforms to post the funds back to your account.
